July 18, 2011 (Week 29)

Howdy Mother,

I am doing quite fine this beautiful day, the sun is out, the birds are chirpping, and the grass is growing. So in all the everything is going peachy. That is what I herd from the Careys is that the Brigham City Temple has the angel Moroni on it. That is crazy how fast they can build a temple now. How much of the temple is completed? Like does it look almost done from the outside? On LDS.ORG they have some photos of it being built, and it is still being formed up for the concrete. That is fun that you were able to watch grandpa and grandma in the parade. Sounds like you had quite the party afterwards. And that is AWESOME that Levi is going to Mexico on his mission, that is going to be quite the culture change for him. And that is sad to hear that Ryan's mom died, and that is good that they were able to be there. I hope that Ryan is doing good.

But for me it has been a good week, today we are going to get a new 2011 Ford Fusion. Its going to be sweet, we just need to clean our car up. So I'm excited about that. And it was kind of weird to think that Elder Bradshaw is going home and that I am still in Michigan. But that sounds like he is doing good back home. Did he have his welcome home this week? or is it next week? Nicole Sheil is moving along, she came to church yesterday and all is going well with her. And we picked up another investigator yesterday, her mom was baptized several years ago, and yesterday we taught her and the moms boyfriend. It was pretty cool to do that. The county fair is coming up here in a few weeks and so that is where we are going to be spending alot of time. This fair brings in anywhere from 250,000 to 300,000 people, hopefully we can find some people to teach out of that many people. Have you given those pass along cards out yet? I can't remember do those cards have a sticker on the back of them with our number on them? So all is well here. Keep on being awesome and remember to read your scriptures and pray every night.

Love your son Elder Wood
